II. PROCESSING
Orders placed Monday-Friday before NOON (12:00PM) PST will be dispatched the same working day.
You will be contacted by e-mail with a FedEx tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center. International orders are dispatched via DHL and also include tracking.
III. DELIVERY ADDRESS
You can specify a different delivery address from your billing address. Just fill in your shipping address details at the checkout when prompted.
Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, nor can we redirect packages after your package has been dispatched.
IV. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Please note: a customer signature is required for Express and Overnight deliveries, as well as all international shipments.
If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, minus two-way shipping charges and a $20 restocking fee.
V. RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
If you are not delighted with your purchase, we will accept a return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, merchandise with all original tags attached within 15 business days of the delivery date. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
All sale merchandise is final sale. We will not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations on sale orders.

VI. SALES TAX & CUSTOMS
By law, all items shipped to addresses in California will be charged 8.75% sales tax.
International shipments are subject to customs. You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; these payments may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please contact your local customs office for further details of charges.
VII. INSURANCE
RoviMoss insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

Currently, RoviMoss does not offer this service.
